Be advised that this 4K master release does not have any of the extras found on the 2009 BD.

I can't say I like Sony's superbit BD policy. I don't own the movie on BD yet either, however zilch extras is not exactly the way to go here.

the National Gallery of Art here in Washington is having a DC premier of the 'digital restoration' (which I assume they mean the recent 4K scan/transfer) in DCP form with an introduction and discussion with director Ed Zwick (Sept. 15)

Just watched Glory on the 2009 Blu. Great film...though, as has probably been said, the PQ on this Blu varies from being extremely sharp, to being just OK (though it's better than regular DVD).

Haven't checked out the 4K version yet, but it sounds like that's an improvement on the Blu, which is good to hear...
