Check out Vanns also. Great prices. Very fast and reliable company. No shipping charges on anything either.

What I would get:

1. Sony TV 1080p, 120hz.
2. Onkyo 805.
3. Tower Boston Accoustic Speakers X 4 for front left and right, two surrounds.
4. Boston Accoustic Center Channel.
5. Subwoofer. Min 12" with at least 200 watts.

You can get all of this in your price range. Just don't purchase anything from Best buy, etc. Way too expensive! Order from Amazon or these other web sites.
