Yep, no sale for me on the Lethal Weapon set now. I thought Warner had learned their lesson with lossy audio, but apparently not.

I want Dirty Harry, but no Dead Pool? I get it's a four film collection, but it seems stupid not to have included this movie.

According to the signage I saw this afternoon, the display that has these should be up until 7/6.

I'll be hitting my local Best Buy later today, they have them in.

I plan to at least pick up the Batman Collection, which I have been dying to get since the Anthology Set, but never got around to.

At some point I will grab the TMNT Collection, but I think that will be it for me.

Im definitely curious to see what future 4-Film Favorites they update, probably only the ones that feature film currently on BD. I can't see them doing, say the Hammer - Dracula Collection. But that would be fantastic.

Personally, I hope Free Willy comes out in one of these 4-pack releases.. It's such a shame none of the first 3 are on blu yet.. I could care less about the 4th one, all I want are the first 3..

I am of the opinion that The Dead Pool is considerably inferior to the first four Dirty Harry films, but it's still worth having. If this four-pack has a good price, then that will take some of the sting out.

a superman set would've been a no-brainer, so i'll look forward to that. crazy that batman is the same discs as the anthology. that's kinda lame for everyone that paid full price in the past.

Thought the same thing when I was at Walmart this past weekend. There they have all the 2 disc DVD sets for each movie at a price of 3.96. Which means you can get all four for under 20.00. Kind of funny when you consider what the MSRP of the Anthology was on DVD when it was first released

I'd take a Superman set of I-IV as long as I-II have lossless audio. I have held onto my lossy audio copies of I and II because I think the Superman set is incredibly overpriced.

If a Superman I-IV set of this nature is ever released with the theatrical cut of Superman II included, then I will stop whatever I am doing and go to the store.

Agreed. The Donner cut is nice to have as a supplement (some parts of the film are even world's better than the theatrical) but, when the endings are exactly the same to 1 & 2 (when in doubt, TURN BACK TIME!), watching them back to back seems a touch redundant

The UK set was something like $35 at one point I think. Hardly overpriced for 8 discs and 7 movies counting the alternate versions of Superman 1 and 2.

I try my hardest to avoid massive ratings logos especially on box sets where they tend to be even larger.

I don't care about ratings logos when the boxset is half the price of the U.S. version.

Plus if you remove the outer slipbox, the inner digipak has no ratings logo, and looks rather nice on its own in my opinion. The only issue I have with it is the lack of titles on the disc art.

For those pissed about the Lethal Weapon set, you can get the UK Region Free 5-disk collection for $20.52 shipped:

I paid $50 for the Lethal Weapon set and Amazon sent me the UK release anyway. Then I looked and saw it went to a different seller other than Amazon. I was disappointed because I paid the retail when I bought it. I thought I was buying from Amazon directly and have to remember to be careful in the future.
