And by defective I mean, "the disc that contained a 0.5 second visual glitch that was hardly noticeable unless you slowed the action down to a frame-by-frame advancement" situation.

Which disc was the defect noticed on? Makes sense that they might re-issue it with a corrected disc.

Hmm...that's a prettier cover, but I have no use for a digital copy. I see that the one in the auction was purchased at Best Buy. I'm going to hit up their website to see if they have both of them for sale. Attractive pricing on Ebay, btw. I was thinking about buying it from Amazon...but re-thinking that strategy now! Thanks people
