Hello all,
New around here so I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. I want to order some new Blu's from Amazon but I have a quick question if anyone can answer. I would like to put down about 5 pre-orders for titles ranging from next month to May. However there are about 5 titles I want to order as well that are already released such as I am Legend. Amazon always asks if I want to group my items together. If I tell them to do that with this order am I going to have to wait all the way until May to get all of my Blu's? Or will the titles that are released now be shipped immediatly? Anyone know? Thanks and again sorry if this is the wrong sub-forum. ![]() |

If you tell them to ship as items become available, you will most likely end up paying a lot more in shipping charges. Myself, I always group them together to make things simple, cheap, and easy to keep track of. I'm a REALLY patient guy though. |

Thanks guys. It's not so much the pre-orders I am worried about, I can wait until may for all of those but I really don't want to have to wait until May to get I am Legend and the others. So the titles already released now should ship out right away as one package, and then i'll get another package after the final pre-order is available?

If you want it in two shipments, then you would have to do two separate orders. If you choose 'Ship as they become available' then they will come as they are released. If you do two separate orders and choose 'Group shipment' then they will ship all the released titles (from the first order) and then the rest when the last preorder is released (the second order).
And welcome to the forum. |

Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated. I guess it would be best to just place two different orders as suggested. And I have been thinking about Amazon Prime, I just might sign up for that cause you get free 2 day shipping.
Also thanks for the welcome, been a long browser of the forum but this place seems to be better than the HighDef Digest forums so here is where I will post from now on regarding Blu. ![]() |

Prime is certainly worth it if you plan on ordering more than 15 times from Amazon. It's even better when you pre-order several items in a single order... It's like paying a cut rate on shipping, ahead of time! |
