To be honest, I still can't. But I have to admit that once the story arc started taking off in earnest, I was sucked in. Still, for me the high point is Tatiana Maslany. Not for her looks (though she is very good looking indeed), but for her uncanny ability to not only play several different personalities, but to play them off each other! When Sarah, Allison, and Cosima are in the same scene together, it's almost impossible to believe that they aren't acting triplets rather than one person doing all three performances. I can't imagine how long it takes to block and shoot an episode when they have to shoot the same scene three times (at least). |
