This works as long as the ID remains on the PS3. So if you downloaded a UK game using a UK ID, if you delete the UK ID the UK game and other related stuff also disappears.

Game stores still stock them. My local has 2 at £44.99 each, been in stock for months now. Should go on sale soon enough.
