I wrote them to find out why it didn't work for me and got this response "Thank you for getting in touch about your code. I am sorry that this has not worked on your order, however I have been advised that this code will not be able to work on Steel Books, If you wish for me to look further into this for you, please forward the confirmation email in the replying email as I will be more than happy to help.
