They ship before release, but (in my experience) you don't receive the discs until one or two days after release.

Assumedly they ordered directly from Shout. They never arrive here in Boston until the Monday before at the earliest.

Amazon still hasn't fixed up the Shout Factory bullsh#t for international customers yet. I think there is some politics going on here.

There is not. Why does everything need to be a conspiracy around here.

Our distributor told Amazon to make their exercise mats US only and they screwed up and marked our BDs and DVDs. It's a simple mistake that will get corrected. Relax.

Well, I'm one of those supposed pissed off customers, but I am at Amazon, not at Shout and especially not at Cliff and I think there's no need to take this tone and to be so angry at him.

Those screw ups typically happen, it's bad luck but as Cliff said it will be eventually fixed, I guess we just have to be patient.
I hope I will have a gift card from Amazon for the trouble, it's the less they can do, but more than 5$ as they're handling the situation so badly it hurts...
Plus all the best prices I had have disappeared in the meantime and most of the prices gone up by now!?
Screwed both ways it seems ahah

There's an entire thread at ExerciseMats.com devoted to the subject, people there are livid.

Opps. Sorry. I didn't realise you were from shout. Really sorry Cliff. Really.

Yay. No conspiracy. Good.

Shout keep up the good work. I have bought heaps lately. Lets hope Ammy play fair.

If it is a simple mistake why don't Ammy simply fix it.
Importcds.com still ship internationally (and if you enter SAVE10 at check-out, you even get a 10% discount today).

Geez, I know eh? And they can call them "Baked Beans" for all I care!

It's Psycho II and III, ferchrisake! A month ago I would've swallowed a handful of safety pins for this announcement, even if they were provided in plain paper bags with a moldy ham sandwich as the only extra. We're already at the whining phase?

It's a beyond bizarro thing to get agitated about. Or post about. Or speak out loud.

It's trivial even by blu-ray.com ("Where's my slipcover, mommy?!") standards.

Huzzah to the boys at Scream Factory for landing these two contemporary classics! Huzzah to the greatest of 1980s horror sequels!

I had to cancel my Amazon orders for The Howling and Lifeforce because of a temporary issue with my bank so I'll have to try and find these at a B&M - has anyone here ever found a Scream Factory title at Best Buy or Target? I know BB stocks some SF DVDs because that's where I found the Action 4-pack but I have personally never seen a SF Blu.

This is good to know. Thank you. However, Amazon needs to get their CS up to date. They seem to be completely unaware of this.

I ordered both through Shout directly, and got Lifeforce early (still waiting on The Howling). I've bought nearly every CE from their site and that's the earliest I've ever gotten a title

I think some folks spend so much time trying to read between the lines they forget that sometimes all that's really there is blank space.

Since they can't produce new art for Psycho II/II, what I was thinking would be a nice idea to spice up the inside of the front cover, would be to include stills from the films much like what they did with Terrorvision. That way, the original poster art is still enforced as the front cover, and the consumer still gets something nice to look at when they open the case. Just an idea.
