Just to give you a heads-up regarding JCVD. The U.S. disc has lossy audio while the U.K. disc has lossless audio. The U.S. disc has removable subtitles while they are burned-in on the U.K. disc.

You are correct sir, Image now RLJ Entertainment are about to re-release The Shepherd: Border Patrol on DVD due on 09/10/13, so hopefully the Bluray is in the horizon!!!
