Either use VLC Media Player to watch whatever the video is, and click 'Snapshot' using the program and it will save a snap of the current frame to My Pictures, or alternitively, click 'PrintSc' + 'Alt', or just simply 'PrintSc', open up Microsoft Paint (or Paint.NET, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) and paste the image there. Crop it to satisfaction, and save it. Voila.
