BBFC usually use dvd run times for some odd reason.
Never seen two listings, one for blu and one for dvd.

maybe it's because the distributor submits the speeded up pal version to save a bit of cash?

SYNOPSIS: To say that Frank (Wood) is a troubled young man would be an understatement - as the ever-growing number of young women he has murdered since the death of his mother (Olivo), with whom he enjoyed an unhealthily close relationship, demonstrates only too well. Frank runs a mannequin store and likes to apply the scalps of his victims to the models in his spare time. However, when beautiful young artist Anna (Arnezeder) wanders into the store and talks about making use of its resources for an exhibition she is planning, she presents Frank with a troubling quandary. Anna appears to offer the possibility of a human relationship that will the void created by his mother's death, but she also excites his desire to kill and possess. Will Frank be able to overcome his homicidal urges?

How anyone can take this guy seriously after that awful show Wilfred is beyond me.

The Original Maniac is an absolute Classic that should have been left alone like so many other past great films that have had the remake treatment.

I haven't seen it, but some of my friends, who are very big fans of the original, have, and they all quite liked it. It takes a different approach than the original.

It's quite an effectively nasty little film. Take that as a recommendation, or not lol

I enjoyed it, Frodo goes schizo.

Prefer the original though.

Huge fan of the original and just plain out loved this remake....and this is coming from a guy who frowns on remakes.

But I give 'em kudos for making this for a modern day crowd, and making it work!!!

Love the POV feel of the film the most!

That's really annoying for me. Just this morning had email from Amazon saying the title was delayed and the new expected delivery date is the 9th July :-(

They had a around 20 copies on shelves in HMV Liverpool, £12.99

No slipcover, and has 'cast interviews' for extra's I reckon they'll be pointless press tour sound-bite type interviews.
