He's previously posted the same ridiculous wish lists in both the Criterion and Scream/Shout threads. Just ignore him.

Ordered SIS today-- my first TT title.
Do they ship on release date? Or do they ship for arrival on release date? Just curious...

They ship whenever the stock comes in. Sometimes that's early, sometimes it's on release day, occasionally it's a day or two late. It used to be about a week early more often than not, but lately things seem to be shipping on the actual release date.

I would sure hope so!!! Capra's work needs to be seen by the masses and NOT limited to Twilight Time release.

I'm sick of everyone lashing out at the reconstructed version! A crucial piece Edward Everett Horton's character development is contained in one of those scenes!

Billie Holiday films? [Lots of her music is/was available on cd, for example currently "Lady Day: The Complete Billie Holiday on Columbia - 1933-1944 (10 CDs)"]

After having already plunked my money down for TT's version of The Fury, I was a little miffed about reading that another release would be coming out. You just know Arrow's version will have substantial extras...
Anything is possible, but I don't see Sony entirely parting way with Body Double. While it bombed theatrically, it's been a solid catalogue title over the years. They probably don't want to sell the film off completely and may release it themselves in European countries like they are with Philidelphia ... and Christine... Seriously, is there anymore words on it's German release or is it all just speculation at this point?

+1

I watched Mysterious Island again just last night. Man it looked gorgeous! ... colors that pop, crisp picture (for the most part) ... a dream to see it looking so good.

EDIT: If TT can get the same results with other Harryhausen films, please do.

I'm not lashing out. The only version I have ever had the ability to watch is the reconstructed version. I like the film a lot, but I would enjoy the film even more if the photo only scenes were optional to view, because to me it takes me out of the cinema experience. Same thing if Greed ever makes it to blu ray, I hope that the 125 minute version will be at least an option.

Not that they would necessarily have known, but I asked SAE if Mindwarp would be uncut, and they had no idea.

Wow are they gone already? I guess I shouldn't be surprised if that's the case.

I can't recall the last time I had a problem with payment online and it had to happen on this transaction of all. All information was pre-added and used without problems on previous orders. Both my cards got declined... well congrats to the ones who got their copy

I figured.

Earlier in this thread, I said based on Night Of The Living Dead, Twilight Time probably isn't familiar with Mindwarp at all and wouldn't know the difference. If I recall, I believe I was called "unreasonable".
