Default Films that have aged well and aged horribly

Aged well:
-Fight Club
-2001: A Space Odyssey (I swear this looks like it could've been today)
-American Beauty (Surprising since I hear some people think this movie is dated)

Aged horribly:

-Shakespere in Love (Good film, has aged terribly)
-The Terminator (Again, good film but looks so 80's it's not even funny)
-Gladiator (Definitely feels dated)

Shakespeare in Love and Gladiator haven't aged a day. Still as great as ever.

I think one of the most dated Bond movies is On Her Majesty's Secret Service. The lighting and sped up editing just scream 1960s.

The Connery 007 movies have that as well.

I think some of the filming styles on the Connery movies hold up today, but Russia With Love is very dated. The fights in the Connery ones weren't sped up as badly as in Majesty's.

For the record, I love both Gladiator and The Terminator. Saying they're dated does not mean they're terrible movies.

Poorly:

An Affair to Remember
Clockwork Orange (still love it)
The Greatest Show on Earth
The Goonies
Superman
Top Gun
Breakfast at Tiffany's
Dawn of the Dead
Hackers
Donnie Darko
Easy Rider
Shrek
The Omen
Blow-Up
The Fly
Rocky Horror Picture Show

Well (trying not to go completely obvious):

Dr. Strangelove
Titanic
Casablanca (likely the consummate)
Bonnie & Clyde
The Matrix (against all odds)
Pinocchio
Get Carter (1971)
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Jaws
Straw Dogs
Blade Runner
Alien

I know for most it's pretty much sacrilegious to say anything bad about the film, but come on, that's a joke. This movie has aged more than most.
