well i actually paid for expedited shipping, my orders weren't even in the shipping process. I told them I have the website up , here are the current prices but during checkout it isn't reflecting that. She said there was a glitch, i asked why the site was still live then because it was displaying incorrect prices and if they aren't going to honor them, they really should not have them displayed. She said "that's not my issue". she cancelled my order of about $1000.00 which had a multitude of 129.99 items plus the 9 blu's and she couldn't care less. Well, I am glad I cancelled because i gave them every opportunity to rectify it on the phone when i was talking with her....They don't care one bit, maybe the shouldn't since there only "customer service". Customer service is downright awful for most companies. I understand if it was a mistake but you need to be informative with a customer, you need to say something on the lines of are site shouldn't of been live, the prices were wrong yada yada. I don't need a hand out . You need to be accountable though. Apologize . not yell at the customer especially when the customer is calm......glad i saved my 1k

I placed my order for the seven available titles at 1:00am and I still haven't gotten a shipping notice.

Wow this post makes me wonder if they are gonna start canceling orders with the incorrect prices.

I ordered 7 of the 9 titles that were available yesterday around 8PM central time.
My order for the 7 shipped today UPS Ground.

I have already received confirmation of my order today for the remaining 2 titles Donnie Darko & The Boondocks Saints. However, they haven't shipped out yet.

Thanks for the update, I hope they don't cancel my order due to there pricing error. I got my email order confirmation. I guess they will probally ship tomorrow

I don't think so. I think they are set. I just cant believe the service. I guess it shouldn't surprise me, but man these guys are up there with B&N customer service. really really disappointing, and as said before wasn't looking for a handout.. just some clarification and accountability, mistakes happen but its how you handle them that's important

they wont price adjust just cancel your order than order it again with the new price

Oh man B&N don't get me going on them, they don't honor there web prices in store. This is my first time ordering with foxconnect.com

Some were 10.99 and some where 12.99. Does anybody know how limited these are? Is there a stated print run and it is just a special slip cover, or a complete new packaging? Any upgrades to these editions verus previous editions?
