Default Which Promise Do You Wish to Come True First?

This is a simple poll. Just choose which of these you would rather have first.

Enjoy

Kinda torn between Transformers and the Star Wars franchise.

But from these choices i voted Paramount/Universal Title Announcements.

There's a poll up now. And it doesn't refer to any titles because there are WAAAAAYYY too many of those... this is merely for entertainment and a general gauge on bluers around here.

Well it seems either two things are happening.

1) People would much rather have announcements and DTS HD-MA than HOME

OR

2) People have no idea what HOME is and are avoiding clicking the button like the plague....

The DTS thingie.

I don't have the AVR for it but it would be something the PS3 is missing and otherwise the PS3 is the ultimate Blu Ray disc player so it would be great to have it.

I never liked DTS much for the days of DVD,... but I think I have several Blu Rays with DTSMA tracks on them and the PS3 should be able to play all types of Blu Ray Discs.

Paramount and Universal can take years if they want. I never run out of Blu Rays I want so I can wait for thier titles and then I'll pick them up when they are ready.

As for Home,.. I think that's something that looked much better on paper. I think the sad truth is a lot of expectations' are running high on that glorified chat room which may or may not ever see the light of day with the general public.

Disclaimer- I'm sort of in a rough mood today,.. sorry if this is harsh,.. I'm trying to snap out of it.

actually I've seen much harsher responses. I know someone working on the HOME beta right now. I think it still has a lot of potential.

DTS-MA for sure, I have a couple of titles with this audio and would love to hear them with this soundtrack. I hope that we PS3 owners get this sooner rather than later. It's the reason I didn't buy I, Robot yet as I wanted to hear it with the best sound I possibly can. As far as Para/Uni announcements I'm sure we will see these soon enough as Penton, Bill and Wicky have been hinting at. They need to take their time and make sure they give their customers the best bang for their buck. Lest we forget that Universal is haveing to start from scratch as Paramount doesn't.

I know, I know. But since it's the most popular blu-ray player I figured it was on the MOST WANTED list.
