Do these steelbooks have the banner shown on them?

Hey guys, I just had a quick question. I recently saw the two steelbooks from amazon.fr for Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 1 & 2 and they are shown with some sort of banner on the image. Does anybody know if these two steelbooks have the banner printed on the actual case or is it one of those things that simply cover over the steelbook while still wrapped in plastic?

I'm pretty sure those have blue banners. Seen pictures posted in the photo thread
