I'm sorry I couldn't help but think that felt empty. Excluded was the Musical Journey with Richard Sherman, Song Selection, Trailer Gallery, and the Movie Magic featurette. Assuming that the Gala you mentioned was the 17-minute red carpet featurette what I just added to yours is a complete list to bring over. Dropped from the 2004 dvd was a featurette on the post premiere party, two deconstructions of scenes (Jolly Holiday and Steps in Time) and a game. Sorry my inner completist wanted to finish that
