Assuming that the Gala you mentioned was the 17-minute red carpet featurette what I just added to yours is a complete list to bring over. Dropped from the 2004 dvd was a featurette on the post premiere party, two deconstructions of scenes (Jolly Holiday and Steps in Time) and a game. Sorry my inner completist wanted to finish that
