I pre-ordered 6 BD's, plus ordered a couple for this coming week....but was unable to pre-order Blood Diamond as it doesn't seem to be offered yet.

amazon has a free trial for amazon pime which is a program that gives you free 2 day shipping! i activated the free trial for 30 days after that it 79$. but u could always cancel before.
