Too small?

The only problem is if you try to put in two rows of seating you will need to raise the back row up 2 steps rather than 1. My theater is 14'x19' and the back row would not be able to see the bottom of the screen if I had a larger screen. Right now if the back row reclines and the front doesn't, the back row won't be able to see the bottom of the screen. Heck 4K projectors are good for close viewing anyway. I think you should be sitting closer. IMAX experience at home would be awesome.
