Considering that Bane can't really break Wolverine's adamanteum spine, and any other damage would just regenerate, there's no way Bane could kill Wolverine conventionally. The best I see happening is that, with generous amounts of venom, Bane could take a heck of a beating, probably lose some limbs, before dying a slow and gnarly death.

The only way I see it working in Bane's favor is if they fight in a steelmill all T2 style and throw Wolverine in liquid hot metal.

Bane is a superb strategist and tactician, he's been able to beat Batman who is a much better fighter than Wolverine. Banes intellect, physical prowess , and great determination make him an extremely dangerous foe he has been shown to be capable of taking on Superman and holding his own although the latter defeated him afterwards. Though I believe Bane will lose because of the lack of a healing factor, but he's not going out as quickly as you guys think.

Wolverine's healing factor and unbreakable skeleton are the trump cards in any purely physical confrontation. It wouldn't be hard in figuring out a plan to neutralize Wolverine before it ever gets that close.

5 seconds in Berserker Mode Bane would be in pieces.

He's still one of my favorite Batman villains though. I'm still a little pissed Nolan didn't portray him a little more accurately and have the atmosphere and theme involving him a little darker closer to how Batman Begins is in that aspect.

To be fair to Bane he destroyed Batman, a man that can single-handedly defeat the Justice League. While I think Logan would likely win not just because of the obvious reasons like his skeleton and healing factor but also due to fighting experience and seldom mentioned fighting acumen, Bane is a master strategist and has incredible superhuman strength. Would be quite a fight to watch for sure, watching them tear each other apart.
