Speaking as a PS3 owner, I have to say your post is full of drivel. Exactly what has the ability to read email got to do with the playback of Blu-ray discs? (Hint: none.) If you really think the PS3--as fine a BD player as it is--is as good as or better than top end models from the likes of Denon, Marantz, and Pioneer (I'll steer clear of the more esoteric brands), you're seriously delusional.

Is the PS the best value for money BD player? Almost definately. Is the PS3 the best BD player? Nope.
