Actually from the First PS4 PlayStation Plus "Instant Game Collection" titles announced at E3 thread:

Available to add to your collection for the first 12 months from launch:

DriveClub PS Plus Edition

And one new title replaced every month including:

Don't Starve
Outlast
Secret Ponchos

Like I said PSN games are going to be what gets thrown out there for free ever month at least until 2015. Since Driveclub PS+ edition will be out there for the first 12 months from launch it's safe to assume that that is a buffer until there are more title which can be offered. In addition to what has already been announced I can see The Witness and and Transistor both getting a free month.
