That came out kind of crappy so here it is written out....

That makes me wonder if the digital copies of Grimm that are included with the pre-order may be Vudu copies rather than UV copies. That has been the case with some of these pre-orders.

Season 1 is UV so there's precedent for it to be UV. It's not yet though. It just shows as a Vudu copy right now. If Vudu adds UV like they did with season 1 it should be automatically added to the UV accounts. Unless you are talking about the code that comes with the set in which case it will likely be UV as season 1 was.

If they really pull that stunt and remove the digital copy rights from the pre-order copy once it is released, that is one more reason not to use Wal-Mart's VUDU pre-orders. I certainly won't buy them anymore.

Thanks for the update Chris_S the way I am reading that it sounds like if you have not redeemed it will no longer be available, which is the similar to all digital copies expiring, but I am thinking as long as you have redeemed your copy it should be intact.

Hopefully this is the case.

I'm talking about the streaming copy that comes with the pre-order Vudu version. Of course it's all speculation at this point, but given the fine print about it no longer being available after a certain date, it could be that this time around it won't switch to UV because the physical set comes with a UV code.

I am 99% sure my Defiance Season 1 preorder said something like this too on the card. I do see each episode is in my UV locker.

It doesn't say when the feature film becomes available just Fall 2013. I still believe it will be available two weeks early.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't every pre-order that had an early digital release stated it? This one doesn't state, so don't we have to assume that there is no early release?

My World War Z does not.
Monsters University does.
Despicable Me 2 does.

The difference is, there is actually a placeholder for the movie Monsters University and Despicable Me 2. For World War Z, it has the Trailer and Cloverfield. It is possible that if you clicked on the first FF6 in the picture, it would be the trailer.

I don't know. I do know that I can see the "Watch Date" on Despicable Me 2 and Monsters University, but not World War Z. Despiciable Me 2 and Monsters University have a placeholder for the movie, World War Z's placeholder is the trailer.

If you click on the World War Z in the preorder it says "ENJOY TRAILER NOW. FEATURE COMING FALL 2013" so its just placeholder
