Best Buy will normally take it back without too much hassle if you are just exchanging it for another copy of the same sku item.

I bought the steelbook Sherlock Holmes from Best Buy when I heard it had the updated version with Jared Harris' voice, but when I got home it was the old disc. I took it back and they exchanged it for another copy no questions asked. The feature I exchanged it for wasn't even advertised on the packaging, so I assume they would give you even less of a hassle since you can actually point to items on the packaging that aren't on the disc.
