Hell yeah !

Ive wanted that movie ever since MGM starting doing their MGM MOD titles...MGM released a lot of their catalog stuff ( Curse of the Faceless Man, The Quatermass Experiment, Incredible Melting Man, Pharaohs Curse, Gog) but Without Warning NEVER made it - which was surprising , and when Scream Factory made this huge deal with MGM ( obviously we are looking at possibly hundreds of movies) the fact that this movie still hasnt been released yet is mind-boggling. Its my one gripe and its a small gripe because there are far more important things in the world, as collecting is a luxury for those of us that do work and can buy movies...
And im very happy with what Scream and Shout have given us - a little something for everyone- everything from Psycho 2, 3 to the Vincent Price set to Swamp Thing to the Town That Dreaded Sundown ..
But, yes there are titles I feel that should have gotten released besides Without Warning, there is Invaders from Mars, Planet of the Vampires, Pumpkinhead,Motel Hell that to me are no-brainers/why are we still asking for them, they should've been out already titles.
And some of the classics from the 1950s and 1960s got crammed into budget DVDs..yikes..It seems the only titles getting Blu Rays from the 1960s are the Vincent Price/Poe films and that is a great thing. But I would have loved to see an HD release of the very colorful and very entertaining film - The Angry Red Planet. I would also love to own Reptilicus with both the USA and Danish versions also.

I've been thinking of putting all the Scream Factory titles together on the shelf - the various photos of people's collections here have made me reconsider rearranging them. I'm usually strict about alphabetizing but those covers look amazing together.

All my movies are alphabetical no matter what but coincidentally, I have three SF release in a row in one spot: Terror Train, Terrorvision/The Video Dead, They Live.

You know what. These comments got me thinking I need a change so I am going to group the following together:Steelbooks, metalpacks, digibooks, Scream Factory, Raro etc. Alpha is easier to find stuff but with the numbers i have adding new movies in could take an hour or more of rearranging.

Strange that Without Warning never made it to dvd. It's a great movie! Hopefully someone will release it on blu-ray someday. Maybe Arrow... I want Pumpkinhead and Invaders From Mars as much as you want Without Warning. Never cared much for Motel Hell. Well,we just have to wait and see what happens in the future.. I have a strong feeling that Pumpkinhead will arrive on blu-ray soon..

My system is usually organized chaos. I break down to Horror, Animated, Sci-Fi, Action, Western, Comedy and Drama/Other and break each section into Blu-Ray and DVD. I typically use that as my order of preference for categorizing films that fall under multiple categories, so as an example, the Alien Anthology gets placed into my Horror section.

For my Horror DVDs, I've broken it down into multiple categories, Franchises / Box Sets, Criterion horror, MGM / Fox Midnite Movies, slashers, Zombies, werewolves, vampires, Euro-horror, classic horror and modern horror. I might be forgetting one here or there and some of my choices may make sense only to me.

For my Horror Blu-Rays, I subcategorize to Franchises, Scream Factory, Synapse, Blue Underground, Criterion, Alphabetical and waiting for placement.

Mines Alphabetical.

Blu-ray then dvd:

• Films / TV Films (not associated with a television series) [BD]
• Television Series' / TV Films (associated with a series) [BD]
• Films / TV Films (not associated with a television series) [DVD]
• Television Series' / TV Films (associated with a television series) [DVD]
• VHS (in no particular order)

All in Alphabetical but separated from Movies to Series. BD to DVD.

Box Sets go with the title, not a particular film, necessarily.
"Radley Metzger Collection" would go in the "R's".

"Dark Knight Rises" would go under "B" with the other Batman films, "Army of Darkness" under "E" for "Evil Dead".

It makes sense to me.

Double Features go with the film on the left (or top), unless they're tied to a franchise. If they're tied to two franchises, I have the tendency to buy 2 copies. Just to organize.

Triple Features follow the same rule, generally.

CEs (with slips and in black cases) have their own alphabetical section on a shelf with Arrow releases, 3-D titles (with slips) and steelbooks. Non CE releases are housed alphabetically with general BD collection.

Im not a Motel Hell fan either but I know its a highly requested one that should have been a no brainer to get.
I would be open to Arrow releasing Without Warning, but not one of those cheaper studios that wouldn't use the HD master of the film. There is an HD master for both WW and Planet of the Vampires. I used to own the German DVD but it was full screen, and the PQ was junk.

Screamers is with Sony. Graveyard Shift, Xtro, Exorcist 3 are with WB. Chopping Mall was denied just 3 or so days ago. City of the Living Dead is with Blue Underground.

Very cool. I'm surprised that Tobe Hooper isn't involved, though. It's not a complaint, just something odd.

I organize everything based on catagories...Comedy, Horror, Scifi, etc...Scream titles are placed together within the Horror catagory. TV stuff is all together on it's own. I tried alphabetical but just couldn't stand a comedy sitting next to a horror title etc...just seemed wrong. Besides in rental places ( like Blockbuster) they used to have everything by catagory so seems more natural to me.

All of my BDs are grouped together by studio/company (whoever released it on blu). So yeah, all of my Shout/Scream Factory blu-rays are together.

None of that weak alphabetical stuff. I usually put them in the order of when they were released (on BD).

Same here, so the first movie in the franchise becomes the alphabetical place marker and other movies in said franchise follow immediately after no matter their title.
