Found a funny trivia bit:

As of this episode ("Confessions"), everyone in Walt's immediate family (excluding Holly) has now wished death upon him.

They actually just bought or rented out someone's house to do the show? I'd assumed it was some studio set.

Has anyone read exactly why they are finishing BB after 5 seasons?

I think, like a lot of classic tv, they are just finishing to soon!

I think this series had at an min. 3yrs to 5yrs. more left.

Also, I've got BB S1-4 on dvd never opened. What's my best bet, should I keep them & add on or upgrade to bd? Would BF be a great time to do this?

Also have SOA & Justified this same way dvd(got good deals on all these series), bought them this way before I got into & bought a bd player!

I've been able to start bd seasons on The Walking Dead & Hell on Wheels, Person of Interest, Boardwalk Empire, Orphan Black, Sherlock, Sinbad, Homeland, House of Cards! Going to invest in Broadchurch, The Bridge, The Killing, Low Winter Sun, Endeavor, Inspector Lewis, Dexter, Bates Motel, Ray Donovan & some others, eventually!!

They're finishing because that's as far as Vince G. wanted it to go. Personally I'd rather them go out on a high note, then to overstay their welcome like some shows have done.

I'm team Walt!

Haha hell yes. Something feels so evil and awesome at the same time rooting for Walt. Rooting for him makes the show much more intense, especially these final 8 episodes.

Ok, I liked Walt for a long time, I really did. But the guy is at best a borderline sociopath. In the end it was all his selfish pride that caused him to commit his numerous crimes. He refused to accept help from friends who were willing to pay his medical bills and somehow decided it was the better path to become a meth kingpin? Seriously people, what kind of morals is that? Hank has his personal flaws but overall he's a pretty decent guy. Walt quit being the "anti-hero" a long time ago. He's a monster. Yes, an entertaining one, but still a rotten bastard.

Time Warner turned me off on Dexter. No seriously, they did. It's been blacked out for a month now.

Here is a piece from Vulture about the ricin and the future of it.

What we still don't know: So what exactly did happen to little Brock Castillo? In the season-four finale,
[Show spoiler]"Face-Off," we learn that Brock was not suffering from ricin toxicity but rather from Lily of the Valley poisoning. We also see that the Whites have a large potted Lily of the Valley plant in their backyard. We know Walt needed Jesse to be on his side against Gus, and that telling Jesse Gus had attempted to kill Brock was a great way to get there. But what we don't know is how Walt actually poisoned Brock.

At Comic-Con earlier this summer, BB creator Vince Gilligan explained it thusly: " I think probably what [Walt] did was crush some of the [Lilly of the Valley berries] up and put it in a juice box or something, and being a teacher, he probably knew his way around a school and he probably got into Brock's nursery school. That's our inter-story for how it would have happened. It would have been tricky."

That is not that satisfying! This is a show that pulled off a train heist, for crying out loud. There's got to be a better way to make a kid eat a berry. This also still provides Walt with way too much deniability when Jesse confronts him: Yes, I took the ricin back from you, but I didn't do anything to Brock, and you certainly can't prove that I did.

We also don't know whom the ricin is now meant for. We saw future-Walt go and get it from the abandoned White home, but he also has a machine gun in his trunk. Under what circumstances is ricin poisoning preferable to shooting? Let's see: When discretion is important. When immediacy is not essential (since death from ricin poisoning happens 36–72 hours after exposure). When one wants their victim to suffer both physically (ricin causes multiple organ failure) and psychologically (even if a doctor identified ricin poisoning correctly, there's no treatment for it).
