I don't know, I did not find it all that interesting. It is just an other boring FPS. Like so many of them.

Whats timeframe is considered launch window?
technically the day the consoles launch that is why they are called launch titles, but I think anything in the first couple of months counts. In this instance with a Nov launch for PS4/XBOne I would say anything before the end of the year.

Glad I am not alone... I can not force myself to get excited about something just because it has ties to COD.

don't get me wrong, I think the game looked good. But, personally I feel FPS have been done to death and there is very little difference between all of them and it has been a long time since any of them brought anything new to the table (and that applies equally to titanfall and the rest of the FPS announced for the new platforms). Honestly I felt , if we want to stay with XBOne, Ryse would be a much better example, the graphics looked good but it was also different, there are not many games where you are a Roman general, sometimes in hand to hand battle while other times directing an army. On the PS4 there is Knack, a real cool plat former where the characters appearance and his abilities change depending on what he smashed and absorbed and there is a real difference in game play depending on difficulty. There is Infamous and the order 1886 which is not launch but looked amazing.....

I kind of feel a big burnout on the FPS, with most focus on multiplayer and not enough on story. I wish they could create a terrific storyline and maybe expand beyond the modern warfare and give us some WW2 stories. It'd be nice to also have WW1 FPS (Call it The Great War, intense trench warfare, charges, beautiful but dreary graphics with realism to the extreme to detail the trenches, the mud and the blood), a great Vietnam or Korean game, maybe even lay the FPS down for the time being and give it a rest so we can get great ideas for a revolutionary game.

Nintendo has a very specific niche market. I think those that buy their products are mostly Nintendoers for life. While I loved the N64, I can't get into recycled Mario, Zelda, and Donkey Kong games. I can't see Nintendo creating a brand new market share in this new era of console wars, but I could be wrong.

Maybe a game where Mario doesnt have to save that stupid princess. Maybe Koopa (He's not Bowser!) is kidnapped by the princess as revenge n mario has to gang up with the seven kids of Koopa to stop Princess Daisy

And I'm not impressed with the President of Nintendo. How ironic.

I don't see why Nintendo is only a family friendly console. The need to start making their consoles as powerful as sonys and mirosofts they complain that pretty much all game studios won't support their console its cause most if not all studios today stick to violant games its what sells in today's world and they need to release a lot of their classics on vc and do what mirosoft done and get rid of the points and go to currency for their on line. I would love to see what a Mario or donkey kong game would look like if they released a console with the power Xbox one or ps4 has

Yep, lots of focus on them kids games, not necessarily a bad thing.. just different market. I think better classics being released on VC should be their priority. The Wii U does use real currency.

$300 just for VC priority? No dice.... I can go buy a NES, a few games and maybe a Power Glove for variety.

Nah... You'd need to buy NES, SNES & soon probably N64

My point on VC is they have more titles then Wii U titles. If you are gonna re-make all your classic games into HD Wii U titles (Mario) then their priory should be to push those types of games on their console. They must have been listening while I've been ranting because the original Zelda game came out & all 3 SNES versions of Street Fighter II.

Too bad I already own all systems and only paid less than $20 for all three! I had to open up my NES and clean her out but it was worth it to play SMB3 and Hogan's Alley again

It's a terrific controller, and it surpasses the original that came with the GoldenEye, which just kinda irritates me lol.
