You don't need to see your target to summon a tropical storm in the area. Storm benefits as her powers allow for large area effect attacks. Even a blizzard would be extremely effective. Id imagine it would be hard for Sue to concentrate and maintain her invisible state when she's dealing with sub-zero temperatures and a mix of hail and snow raining down on her.

If Sue understands her weaknesses, the best thing for her to do is to trap Storm in an invisible bubble. Claustrophobia would end up taking her out.

That is how I see it playing out. A quick way to end the fight without physically hurting Storm. Invisible Woman would definately take that route.

Storm would flip out and the Invisible Girl could eventually have another Katrina on her hands and her force field wouldn't mean much! Hail... Lightening... Floods.... Susan's shield is directly tied to her concentration. It woudl wear out eventually.
