I have them both on laserdisc. These 2 movies aren't worth the upgrade to me.

Scanners 2 was good.
Scanners 3 was embarassing.
Scanner Cop was good.
Scanner Cop 2 was great.

Here's hoping SCREAM releases Scanner Cop and the sequel. I've never seen those.

Scanner Cop 2 is the best Scanners sequel.

Scanner Cop 1 and 2 are much better sequels than Scanners 2 and 3

Scanner Cop 2 is to me the real "Scanners II".

Any info on how the quality of the Scream releases compare to the UK Second Sight? Someone mentioned the transfers seem to be the same, so I'm guessing PQ is about the same. Neither have extras, but the UK has 5.0 mixes.

Also there are seperate releases for these in Japan. Based on the review of the Shout, there is potential for better PQ, even using the same transfer. But I have never seen the sequels, so dont know if it's really worth gambling at the extra cost. Buying both would be over $40, and that's in Japan, shipping costs would be a factor for everyone else.
