inFAMOUS 2 is one of the nominees for Best PS3 game at the Spike VGAs.

I voted for it over Uncharted 3.

U3 will most likely win...so why not help out another really good game.

It's ok, I voted for inFAMOUS 2 as well, and I enjoyed inFAMOUS more the year U2 released.

For U2 vs inFAMOUS, my choice is definitely U2. inFAMOUS was a very good game though and I do LOVE the story of it. But U2 is in my Top 10 games I've ever played.

This time around, I had my complaints when doing my run through of inFAMOUS 2 when it released, mainly Bertrand
[Show spoiler]turning into a giant monster
and Evil Cole not feeling EVIL and just like a douche. But I highly enjoyed the game, loved the story (with the exception of my first listed complaint and a few other smaller things).

U3 let me down from what I was expecting with its lackluster execution of the basic idea of the game and multiple sections of the game being just generally unfun. It is still a pretty good game, but great was hoped for and great was not achieved (in my opinion).

I'm finally replacing my broken PS3 with the new 320 GB slim PS3 that comes with Infamous 2. Is the PS3 in the Infamous 2 bundle the newly revised one that was released around late July/Early August? I know during the summer they re-released the PS3 to be even lighter and use less power.

Bought Infamous 1 years ago, played first 15 minutes but put it down; Flash forward to now - beat it and had to jump into Infamous 2 right away

As enjoyable as Infamous 1 was, part 2 is amazing. I know I am two years late to party, but man, what a great game. Got all the DLCs and will check out the Festival DLC next.

It really is an amazing jump in graphics from game 1 as well.....almost shocking when you play them back-to-back; really happy Infamous 2 has way more interesting side missions....

Yeah, I think this has to be one of the most incredible leaps in graphics that I've seen from one game to the next (on the same console/generation). Truly is shocking.

Update - finished this Fri night; playing Festival of Blood now

What an awesome game......my ONLY complaint: wish the shards and dead drops had the option to carry over on a playthrough 2

I thought it was a good addition to the game. They made some changes to keep the game fresh but didn't change the gameplay.

I did like the first mission but it came out at such a bad time (mid fall). I got distracted by other stuff and never looked back. I'll try and get back to it after Im done with my current game

Coincidence, I also just finally wrapper this up Friday. They addressed some of my complaints of the first one (namely 100 snipers every 10 feet in the original) but they REALLY need to fix the controls for me to buy Second Son. So many times while trying to escape did I teleport to a building, wire or pole I didn't want to. Yes you can press O to drop but that's after you already wasted precious time sticking int he first place. I'd love to just hold a button when needed to turn off all stickiness so I can get down to the ground and run if need be. The only time I died in my playthrough were because of this (and a few glitches where I randomly flew straight up into the air and crashed the game). Really great music though (especially Plight and the end credit song Fade Away).

Interestingly for myself, I had no control issues - felt unchanged from game 1 aside from some button switches.

I remember in Infamous having to fight the controls to drop down or get to a specific ledge; while this came up a tad, very little for me

For those that have skipped Festival of blood - its fun; not really too serious, but I am pretty much an Infamous fan now, so 2nd Son is already preordered

Just finished both karmic storylines. While the good guy storyline was unremarkable, the evil storyline at the end was incredible. Literally one of the best endings this gen, even though it was hard to digest.
