They included printed lists of all signees and their corresponding roles in previous autographed BDs I bought from them, but it might be too involved in this case.

Ordered within the first 30 minutes of preorder availability and still no notification. I have seen comments from people who ordered it in August who got their notification already. I'll be really annoyed if it turns out that my order wasn't among the first to go out. I'm still holding out hope that it was but that the notification hasn't been received for a myriad of reasons.

I'm in the Mountain Time Zone, so it was still July 7 when I ordered. I received the confirmation e-mail from Paypal and the funds were out of my account the next day, and that was the last I've heard.

Yeah I ordered mine directly from their site for bonus disc. Only got confirmation email from PayPal. I contacted them the other day they said I'll receive confirmation email when it ships. But it's now the 14th and it hasn't shipped what gives?

Thank you all so very much for your responses, really is bothersome that we all ordered the moment it went up and none of us have received shipping confirmations. We were the first bunch to pay 2 months ago and we do not have the product or any word it is on the way. We could have ordered it cheaper on Amazon with Prime and gotten it on release day or today at the latest. It's like they are shipping out orders backwards or something. If that's the case who knows how long we will be waiting :-/

Let's all be sure to post here whenever we each get confirmation emails.

I talked to the guy who produced this is down here in New Orleans at the mad monster party gras convention and he said they should start shipping and not to quote him but we should get them sometime early this week. It's not an automated email it's someone who has to send it one by one. The worst part for me is he was selling them there with the bonus disc

I hoped there might be something like that to explain the shipping confirmation delay. Perhaps we'll all be getting our copies around the same time as those who've received a confirmation and we just somehow wound up at the wrong end of the notification list.

$63 actually seems pretty reasonable. I'm guessing the only thing stopping these from eventually hitting $120 or so is that these aren't/won't be particularly rare.

It's very reasonable considering the "buy it now" ones are between 300-600$
