I believe there is. I know in most states if you misuse the 911 service you can get in to pretty big trouble.

I have still not gotten an email or anything else. I checked my paypal account and it still says that it hasn't shipped so it's not like i was sent an email and it went to my spam.

I haven't sent them an email but I must say I'm getting progressively more irritated. I swear, if it don't hear something by the end of tomorrow, then I had better have won that goddamn poster they're supposed to be giving away...

I'm relatively patient about these things and I fully expected that it wouldn't ship until 9/13 and I'd get it sometime late this coming week. And that's fine.


That being said, I know a bunch of folks who have gotten shipping notices, and the company went out of their way to go on FB and say that they were looking to get them all shipped out by 9/13, maybe sooner.

So to be sitting here at the end of 9/15 and still have no notice is a bit frustrating. I'll live, but they need to be communicating better.

I ordered at 12:33am CDT on the 8th of July, last name begins with an E. No shipping notice as of yet. Yes, it is very disheartening to hear of recent orderers getting notices over early ones, but there's not much we can do about that now. I'll give it a few more days to see if I get a notice before deciding what to do next.

I really am inclined to believe that they are shipping these out completely at random. I'm anything but an early orderer - I ordered August 30th, and if it makes a difference, my last name begins with an R. Still nothing, not even a whisper or a hint of anything.

I think everyone crying about not getting it the DAY of a Friday release through the mail just shows how lame and I WANT IT NOW America has become. People today probably don't even know patience is a word.

Did you all honestly think that they'd release it on a Friday and you'd get it the next day???

I don't get it. Watch it this weekend. Why all the complaining? Will it be any worse of a film having to watch it next weekend instead?

I give up. Thread will probably be another 5 pages of crying when I wake up tomorrow.

Agreed, I hate how people here in the US want it now and if they don't get it they feel the need to complain and moan about it. I believe the internet in general has something to do with that. I mean we are constantly inundated with information that back in the day took weeks if not months to get. With that being the way it is since we get our information so quickly, I think people feel that they deserve other stuff that fast. God could only imagine if the grid went down, half of you would all die.

I'm sadden that Americans in general have this piss poor attitude. Makes me almost ashame of my country. And no I'm not going to "move to a different country" if I don't like it excuse. If anyone says that I'm sure I'm more patriotic then most here.

That being said, mine is on the way and I'll be gladly watching it in a few days.

You posted the same thoughts yesterday and the day before that also, and even replied to a couple of my posts. And again while I see your point in regards to people who are legit complaining that they did not get it on Friday the 13th, remember not all of us are complaining about that.

We are upset because people who ordered weeks/months after those of us that ordered first have already gotten their copies or shipping notifications. Yet the rest of us are still waiting with no word. And yes I know they posted something on Facebook but really they can just say whatever they want just to lessen the amount of emails they are getting and to attempt to calm us down. I personally have not emailed them and I won't be. I still think perhaps that the emailing system is messed up. However, if Monday goes by and then Tuesday with no word...I will send an inquiry to the powers-that-be to find out what the hold up is.

My issue is simple, I ordered and paid for this item at 12:03AM on July 8th. They've had my money for over 2 months now, it is not out of line or beyond logic that I simply would like a shipping notification. So with that said, hopefully my next post on this thread will be that of a shipping confirmation alert so as to calm everyone else who ordered around the same time I did. Chances are it is just a matter of how their local post offices shipped out orders and which batches they got first.

THANK YOU!!!! Finally someone else GETS what I am simply trying to convey lmao. The internet for the majority of people just makes them dumber. And what is worse is I hate it when these people troll threads just to start arguments and yet they're nothing but cowards with some avatar instead of a legit photo of themselves. I love the people that ordered it a day before the September 13th date and complain. Those people have no right to say anything. I think the people that ordered it first should have priority. First come, first serve imo. I mean I ordered in August and mine is already on the way. I would have gladly waited my turn in line.

What I'm seeing on the thread is most people object to the orders not being shipped in the order they were received, not that they don't have it now. This is being overlooked in most of the dissenting posts.

I agree with this. If you ordered it early you should have your order fulfilled before anyone else, imo.
