I finally got my shipping notice about 7 hours ago, I ordered on September 5th and I live in northern Europe. I'm glad that I can now see where my package is coming.

I've seen a few others say they didn't get the bonus disc either. I will go APESHIT if this happens to me. I didn't pay $10 more to order directly from the site/company for no reason....

not too surprised there, dont remember about the audio but i know the video on the bonus Nightmare doc weren't complete as they all had a green screen background. well least on the initial release, i heard the re-release had fixed the green screen stuff.

I'm trying to find info but the contents on the BRD and DVD's are the same right? With the extra 5th disc being additional material not included in either the BRD or DVD correct? It's not like the bonus disc only enhances the DVD experience right?

Btw, put this in last night just to check it out and 2 hours later I turned it off. Loving it so far.
