Well, this proves that it won't be a fun experience dealing with Zavvi when issues arise. I just tried to e-mail them using their contact us links and they have the message box limited to a ridiculously low number of characters. I tried my best to explain the situation as concisely as possible while still typing "PLEASE DO NO CANCEL THE ORDER! I STILL WANT THIS LIMITED EDITION ITEM!" as I've heard of them just outright cancelling orders when inquiries are made like this.
I will lose my shit on them if they can't make arrangements to accommodate my situation. Although, I'm already kind of losing my shit over my credit card company doing this to me. You would think that there would be some type of way to allow me to continue using my F-ing card until the new one arrives with scrutinous security checks and verification over any purchase that isn't local to my home city. ESPECIALLY when I can tell them, "Tomorrow I have a transaction going through for $xx.xx from Zavvi.com in Britain. It is legit and I do want it to be processed without any concerns." ![]() |
