Mine is in it's own separate shipping schedule. Still no shipping though.

JUST DANCE DISNEY PARTY is $4.97 for the Wii. Does that count as a deal?

I've never seen that Blu, what's it about ?

My WWZ shipped and was delivered yesterday. It was on an order with other movies that had release dates.

Ya.... called for the 3rd time just this morning with regards to my World War Z as it still has not shipped, and the doofus on the other end tells me I have to wait until 9pm TOMORROW before he can do anything about it. Has to have 3 complete business days before he can escalate it or say there is a problem. What a joke.

That sucks. After getting nowhere after 2 emails, I just called right now and the CSR was able to separate my WWZ into it's own order. It was updated on my order right away, so I'm expecting it to ship soon.

I'd call back because this CSR was very nice and it literally took him 5 seconds to do it. I was pleasantly surprised after hearing some experiences about it.

Well I just sent them an e-mail as my 3 previous phone calls have done nothing to help the problem.

Love how the customer service is so consistent from one employee to the next. What are they, the Disney Movie Club?

Yea, I must have just been lucky to get someone who actually knows their job.

I thought BB automatically seperates the orders and ships when they become available?

Normally they do, but for whatever reason, it didn't work like it was supposed to with World War Z. And it seems to have affected all versions of it apparently, 3D, 2D, and exclusives.... weird.

I had 6 orders with 3 movies in each order for this $10 off preorder sale and only WWZ was grouped with another disc for shipment.

Hmmm, fairly busy latley, and really haven't been keeping track of my shipments.
No WWZ notice yet, TBH I didn't even realize it was released yet...

I imagine it will come next week? Do they still ship over the weekend? For that price, I am not gonna complain, lots in the backlog pile anyways.

What are the chances that we will receive next week releases on time or early?

I was really hoping Iron Man 3 and Modern Family would ship soon, but that does not seem to be Best Buy’s way of doing things from what I have read so far.

Got off the phone with Customer Service for the 3rd time this week. They started giving me the run around until I talked to the manager.

Apparently Best Buy "underestimated" how many pre-orders would be ordered and they've had to acquire new stock. I smell some bullcrap there but whatever at least it's a better answer than "I don't know".

They also said that they've been shipping out multiple orders already, but the system is severely lacking with posting the charges to credit cards and sending out shipping notifications.

Of course, since World War Z is being shipped by itself it's coming through good ol' Canada Post Letter Mail and not expected to arrive for another 2 weeks...

It depends on how early you ordered a title prior to it's release date. I typically get my pre-orders from Best Buy On release Day. I've gotten several a day early before as well. I usually place a pre-order for select titles a minimum of 1week early, and have had great luck.

When i called the other day, i got some clueless CSR with a carribean accent who kept trying to give me the stupid excuse that there must of been a lot of people who pre-ordered before me and that's why i wasn't getting it. I told her i ordered it(WWZ) the first day of the sale and that even up until a few days ago the website was stating there were 40 copies available for pre-order...almost a month after i initially pre-ordered it.

Won't have to worry about this issue with Iron Man 3 since i cancelled my Best Buy order and decided to go the Cineplex route...even saved a few bucks.

My WWZ 3D hasn't been charged or shipped, but shows as In Stock and is in a separate Shipping Group #2 all by itself. Don't understand what is going on or why there is a delay. Anyone get the truth behind this?

What the hell kind of excuse is that? Do they not count how many pre-orders they get until ten minutes before they have to mail them or something?

We all just have to keep calling in and expressing our disgust with the handling of this movie. The more complaints we can log, the better they will (hopefully) try to better their system.

The lady on the phone today told me that their systems continuously crashed on them yesterday. Another guy told me they are using extremely outdated computer systems, over 10 years old. How does this help a company's reputation that sells the "latest and best technology has to offer"?

My World War Z was approved for fund withdrawl on my credit card, but hasn't officially charged or shipped yet. She said I would get an e-mail later today about the status on this, and I just told her "everytime you guys say I'll get an e-mail I never do and I always have to call back". And she didn't know what else to tell me.... just reading the same generic crap they're told to feed us.

I Spit On Your Grave 2 will be $18.99 at Best Buy. Not a great price buy way better than what FS is charging and $1 less than HMV.
