I would go ahead and take pictures of your damaged item. Be sure to include the box and possibly any invoice and/or order number, to be used as reference.
While I've never received a damaged SB, I've read that some have had to supply Zavvi with pictures in order to get a refund or credit. Welcome to hell: aka Zavvi Customer Service. |
