never say never but......i'd imagine the answer is no. thats why they made it exclusive, to make sure some people ordered directly through them. they probably knew other places like amazon would eventually sell it cheaper so the bonus disc becomes an incentive to pay their price.

i'm assuming i'm the only person with a damaged bonus disc. since last week, i've tried to contact customer support but their number goes to voicemail and their email doesn't work. 3 of the chapters on the bonus disc won't work for me and a visible scratch is on the back of it.

At least you received a disc. Jk, but yeah that does suck. I'm dying to watch this.

Anyone that didn't and ordered directly from the website can call them and they will get a bonus disc.

have you tried to rip the disc to a hard drive and reburn it onto a new DVDR? Or possibly convert it to an mp4 and watch it off the hard drive? I know some programs will actually try to fix as much of the damaged footage as possible. I'm on a Macintosh and I've got some great burning utilities. Just a thought.

I'm referring to the actual blu-ray set, not the bonus disc. I'm the unlucky member who was supposed to have it in hand on the 20th according to my tracking, but it was lost somewhere down the line. I actually reordered through CLM. If the first order does eventually get here, I'll just sell it. Both order should have the bonus disc too.

i tried to rip it on the pc, on my macbook, it doesn't work on the ps3 or my other blu ray player. every chapter works except the tv, part 7 and part 8. the disc just spins and jumps back to the first chapter. trust me, ripping it was the first thing i tried to do and it just pauses on the rip. i have a few dvd/blu ray burning programs. dvdfab usually gets the job done, but i dont know why these chapters won't work because of a scratch

damn, that sucks. That was one of the programs I was going to suggest. Must be a bad scratch. For what it's worth, my package didn't include the bonus disc which I had paid for beings I got the pre-order CLM from their site. A phone call got me the bonus disc in about a week.

I am late to the part and didn't order it until Sep 18 through the CLM site and I understand there was a back order but does any one have any idea when they might be shipping them out?

I probably won't get mine till monday at the earliest. I ordered mine over a week ago and just got an email saying due to "overwhelming demand" they should be shipping by the 26th. I should of ordered it elsewhere to begin with
