Yes, That's true. Good point .
I was saying that we could be seeing the teaser trailer attached to Frozen this autumn. It would be a logical choice if we did get it then.

Who's Maleficet? I might see it if I can fit in between what I assume will be a brand new job and pharmacy tech classes.

I agree. I think that could be when it will be released.

Opps, Sorry about that error . I meant to spell it as Maleficent.

They could also attach it to THOR.

I'd say it's least likely since both Frozen and Maleficent are both fairy-tales, and Frozen is likely to have a more wider audience then that of Thor 2.

I wonder if some members here went to the screening yesterday. Curious to hear how it was.

Test screening I'm guessing in LA somewhere. Happens all the time. I went to one yesterday, but it wasn't 'Maleficent'.

Yup, LA.

I was thinking you might have went yesterday. It was too far for me.

I wish they would have test screenings for movies as big as Maleficent in Georgia, or rather near where I live in Georgia .

Question Question

Does anyone think it's possible that since the 1959 Sleeping Beauty movie is being released on BD on October 7th 2014, that the movie 'Maleficent' would be released on BD on that same day, 5 months after its 'May 30th 2014' theatrical release ?

I'd say it's very possible. Disney likes to tie stuff together like that, such as Mary Poppins coming out on BD to coincide with Saving Mr Banks' theatrical release.

... Let's just watch the movie first, and then decide if it's worth a buy. A project such as this, it can turn out to be Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, for all we know.

I doubt it will turn out to be Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. This is Robert Stromberg's first time directing a movie. So I wouldn't put him down since he happens to have been the production designer of movies, such as Avatar and Oz: The Great and Powerful and Alice and Wonderland. He even did the visual effects for Life of Pi. I'm glad it didn't turn out to be Tim Burton who directed it, after he was the director who that was going to direct Maleficent at first.

... I meant... a mess of a movie, 'cause Alice was a mess of a movie from a wonderful novel.

Oh, I see. Well, Thank god Tim Burton is not the one who that directed it. He left this Maleficent movie in May 2011, after the announcement of its existence back in January 2010. Then in January 2012 Robert Stromberg was hired to direct Maleficent, and this Maleficent movie will be his directorial debut.

Will Angelina be eating roaches to add to the Maleficent role? It said she eats them on the news about a month ago. Or has at least tried them.

I know people love their chocolate covered grasshoppers, but roaches now?

What's the next trend...

I can see Maleficent dealing in roaches (she's a witch) but the parental patrol might disapprove.
