Amazon refunds you, no questions asked, because they're a multi-billion dollar company. $30 is nothing to them.

I ordered a movie called JOLENE earlier this year and it arrived at the Post Office on a Tuesday night and they didn't bother delivering it to me until Saturday. Their excuse of why it sat there for four days was that they run like 10,000 pieces of mail a day and it can take time.

I told the lady I work at FedEx and we run more than that each SHIFT.

USPS can be horrible with the packages you REALLY want it seems.

My shipping fiasco continues. Below is my tracking info. Notice that the last 5 updates are in the same location...crazy. I just called the JAX post office and they guy is going to manually go downstairs and see if he can find my package and route it to me correctly. At this point I'm just laughing.

Just finished watching disc 1 (the first 6 movies and the TV series). Wow what a great in-depth doc. I am so glad I bought this. Can't wait to see disc 2.

The actress that played Pam in part 5: damn, she looks fine even after all these years. Ubermilf haha.

Had a free day so watched all of this today and i loved it.Well worth the price(DD) i paid.If i have a minor gripe its the reuse of footage from HNWJ, i understand why they did it though and even most of that footage is newish, but i had been waiting for new interviews with some cast if just to see what some look like present day.10/10 for me.

I just called CAV Distribution at 650-588-2228 and they stated that there are no shipments today of the Blu-ray . They "claim" they are getting the Crystal Lake Memories Blu-ray's in stock tomorrow and will package and ship next week.

If anyone else has called today and got a different story than that please post. I get the feeling they may be getting a lot of calls as the lady seemed pretty dry on the phone.

If mine doesn't ship by monday I'll just demand a refund and by it somewhere else. I ordered the 12th, 18 days is plenty time to get more in stock and ship. And they never stated they were even out of stock when i ordered mine or said they were backordered.

I can confirm that that's what they told me too. They stated Monday.

Yep. It's just one delay after another. And to think, this thing was originally supposed to be out August 27th. Now, we're going to be into October before some of us see it.

I had a feeling they wouldn't ship out any orders today (or this week for that matter!) and here we are. At this point I'm beginning to wonder if I'll have it by Halloween.
