Batman: The Movie (1966) Limited Collectors Edition

On July 1rst in addition to releasing the standard Blu version of the 1966 comic adaptation FOX will also release a Limited edition that features a 1/18th scale replica of the Batmobile from Hot Wheels. The limited edition will only see 5,000 copies.

That is what I thought when I sent my couple bucks for a Cars limited edition die cast. Then someone paid me $53 for it and they made over 10K of these if I remember.

Maybe $20 is too little...

I think you guys are thinking that because it's from Hot Wheels it's going to be a small a$$ car, but a 1/18th scale car can be, depending on the car, anywhere from 9-12 inches in length. So it's a sizable car for 20 dollars extra.

so it will be

Lenght : 12,5inch

I feel like this blu will be something I jump on because I love Batman, but after I watch it I will be wondering why I bought this old-ass movie with bad acting/effects

Where can I buy Batman: The Movie (Limited Edition) with 1/18 scale batmobile? I tried search on amazon and high def digest and it didnt say where I can buy from.


anyone else is getting this L.E package? the 1/18 batmobile gonna look sweet on my bookcase yes itd be in plexiglass display.

Great! been busy working, getting ready for another trip down to Atlanta in June. My kid kept me busy and how about yourself. Am about to hit the sack and hopefully somone will have answer for me tomorrow morning.

that i will have to call my source who work at best buy. I doubt but hope so.

If online stores are taking preorders, chances are it's a store exclusive.

Best Buy, FYE, and Circuit City usually have store exclusive deals like this. Time will tell I guess.

sad thing is that it probably will cost me around 400 dollars one way to georgia and other 400 dollars back. Dont want go to store and drool over tv's while pissd off at gas price.

gas price are ricidilious, if it wasnt for gas price and I could afford 11' oled for my desk. Wife and i decided that we will not buy new tv (been wanting xbr5) til we move to Indianapolis maybe in the fall or next summer.
