Quick question: does anyone have any knowledge of Parks & Recreation tv series being released on Blu-Ray in the future?

NBC doesn't seem keen on giving their shows' seasons individual Blu-ray releases, since 30 Rock just wrapped up that will probably be our best indicator if they plan on only releasing their other shows on Blu at all.

I'd really love it on BD. I watch in HD on Netflix and it looks great. Absolutely great show btw. I'm on season 3 now and it has some hilarious moments. Perfect casting

I agree! Love the show and the cast just connected more and more with each season. Just finished season 5 on Netflix, so good!

"Hunting Trip," from season two is on The Office season six Blu-ray as a bonus feature. That's one more episode on Blu-ray than 30 Rock has.

I don't expect them to start issuing this on Blu-ray while it is still on air, but maybe once the entire series is finished there will be a complete series Blu-ray set produced. This is certainly a series with a devoted fan-base, I bet a lot of people would get it this way. Probably not the individual season route at this point though.

Really sucks that they didn't decide to release a complete Blu-ray set. They posted the DVD set on the official Parks & Rec. Facebook and there are a LOT of requests for a Blu-ray release in the comments, which they have over 2,000 of. But it would probably take millions asking for a Blu-ray set before they would even consider it.

i ended up getting it on dvd; I paid like $30, so im not too upset
