She would be for me. Got measured by the doctor and discovered I shrank! Damn! I used to be 5'8"..now I'm 5'7.25......I be a midget when I die! LOL!

start do some back stretches everyday and I bet you you'll go back to regular height, maybe .5 inch taller. I did those about a year ago and just happened to get a little taller. backs not as compressed, or something like that.

I think with me it's age...I just turned 60 and they say that's what happens. Something to do with bone density and compression or loss of cartilage.... To be honest, it doesn't really bother me.
