Is the video, audio quality better than the French blu?

cant say as I dont own nor have I heard anything about the FR transfer. But the KR transfer is VC-1 encoded and, to me, resembles a Universal catalogue release. all around good transfer but plenty of room for improvements.

No. It looks virtually identical. Hence, I sold it on.
