So tempted to paint my spinning towers white now. Looks nicer and would hide dust better

Like how yours appear to be shorter and wider but figured taller and narrow was a better option for me. Supposed to hold 1000 DVD but never bothered counting and testing how accurate that was. Also need to buy another one for the Blu-rays as I mentioned in the collection thread the other day since they spilled over into the old racks. I also wish I wasn't too lazy to organize things better sometime. Criterion sorted by spine number about as far as I go

Yeah! My two towers on the left were originally "oak" and I painted them white. The one on the right was white to begin with. I think they look much better than before.

I've got hundreds of titles in my price tracker. I'm just not willing to pay $15-20 or more for a given catalog title.

I hear ya! I used to be that way, then I imported my first steelbook years ago...and price tracking went right out the window! Why the heck did I get sucked into the import frenzy!

For now I have all the steelbooks I want and I got most of them off eBay like new or new for around $12-20. I think it's dumb that Paramount did not release a U.S. steelbook for Iron Man 3 and that Warner did not release one for The Hangover Part III.
