with you there, I was a kid when X-Files was on tv, and I remember the tv being left on and I'd see it and I'd be scared to death.

there was also an episode of Are You Afraid Of The Dark? where it was something about a humanoid rat, that's all I remember, but I was legitimately terrified at the time.
