It would. If you're a Bergman fan though you should really go region free and import the Criterion blus. Beautiful releases well put together, most of them are packed with extra goodness too.
It looks like their lining Persona up for their next Bergman release.

Someone asked them on FB a couple of months ago (I think) and they said they still have the rights. When Palisades bought Tartan it included the rights for the films aswell. Of course some of them have gone to AE.

Tartan released Fanny & Alexander on DVD at the start of the year, so they've probably kept hold of the "big" ones.
