they add tax to me when i buy. must be a canada thing

Just make sure you type every single letter EXACTLY as it appears on your billing info.

I had tried repeatedly for about a week and couldn't get it to work, then I noticed Sony had billed me for every attempt even though it never went through.

It ended up being almost 35$ in charges because I typed in 9a Ave North when on my billing it appears as 9A Ave North.

Yep, I don't think the US has state taxes like we have provincial taxes here. Lucky us...
