the other thing we have to keep in mind is that it stated 2014-15 so I wouldn't even expect a release until this time 14 at the earliest. But it is nice we can be excited someone in the US will finally release the film.

My only concern really only 2K? I would think this would warrant a 4K transfer (even if we only have 1080) For future use though.

While my wallet would certainly pray for a reasonable price, Suspiria is one of my all-time favorites, and I will certainly end up buying it if they end up going the Demons route.

Synapse kind of joked on Facebook that the backlash was so strong against the Demons steelbooks, they can't imagine what it would be like given the extra cost they'd have to charge for the product if they did a 4K scan.

But it sounded like it's a possibility, and I sure hope it'll be a full 4K restoration.

the transfer on the UK edition might not have the best transfer - but the commentary track is a great listen.
