I always let the receiver do the decoding instead of the blu-ray player. I switched it up (let the blu-ray player decode) and still the same results. I have not tried to watch this without using the receiver. I have a sony receiver and sony blu-ray player, purchased both within the last two years. This is the first movie I have encountered this issue. |

I'll try playing it with my old PS3 and see if I notice any dropouts while sending both video and audio through one HDMI cable. There has to be a reason for so many experiencing the same issue, hopefully someone can figure it out. |
